Tracce di StOria (2024) is a series made in residence at KUNST Via Roma Venti in Oria, Italy. The works capture the textures of Oria’s historical surfaces — Roman columns, weathered walls, and forgotten structures — as layered reflections of the city’s past and present.
Created using raw, natural materials sourced locally — charcoal, coffee, wine, pomegranate, and mineral pigments from the Cava di Bauxite — the works in this series reveal the city’s architectural and cultural memory. Each piece traces a connection between Oria’s storied heritage and its ever-changing landscape.
